We provide outside communal seating areas in all our fields, for guests staying in Mongolian Yurts, Airstreams, Ash Yurts and Lotus Belle we also provide inside seating areas as well so that you can take a load off and mingle with your neighbours whatever the weather.
The Mongolian Yurts and Airstreams all have power outlets within them. Guests staying in any other structure or in our ‘Pitch Your Own’ field will have access to phone charging booths. In our ‘Leg of Lickle’ field we also provide a beauty parlour which will have power outlets for your hairdryers and straighteners, this is for the sole use of guests staying in our Mongolian Yurts, Airstreams, Ash Yurts and Lotus Belle Tents only. Please remember to bring your charger with you, phones are left at the owners’ risk.
We have 24 hour security on all our gates and you will require a Love Fields wristband to enter our exclusive area. The car park will be patrolled and lit at night for extra precaution. Items are left at the owners own risk however so please don’t bring anything you can’t afford to lose.
Of course, we source the best available toilets and hot showers and at the best ratios so there will not be a long queue. We have a dedicated team who will regularly clean them during the event to ensure the highest standards are maintained. All the shower units have changing areas with hooks for your clothes, the Luxury Toilets that are provided include sinks and mirrors. We ask that guests use these facilities with respect, they are portable structures and not on main drainage so please do not wash wellies boots in the showers as this can block them and causes inconvenience to fellow guests.
The Mongolian Yurts, Airstreams, Ash Yurts and Lotus Belles will have The Love Fields Tipi Restaurant for their exclusive use which will provide their complimentary meals (please see product description for full details) and where this is not applicable guests can purchase meals. Where possible we source our ingredients’ locally and try to offer as much variety as we can, with quality and affordability in mind. Guests staying in Boutique Bell Tents and our ‘Pitch Your Own’ field will also have access to food outlets during the day where they can purchase meals. You are of course free to bring your own food and drink, but please NO GLASS and packaging should be kept to a minimum to avoid excessive waste.
Our structures are perfect for families of all ages and sizes and we’ve had a lot of families stay with us over the years. Different groups have different priorities so in the general camping area we’ve decided to provide a completely separate area for quiet and family camping, this way different groups can enjoy the festival without upsetting the other.
We provide fire pits in specific areas a little bit away from the structures and you are free to congregate around these. However you will not be permitted to start your own fires or barbeques because we have to think about the safety and enjoyment of other guests. No naked flames will be permitted inside the structures.
Unfortunately we cannot provide cooking facilities for you to cook your own food. Nor can we permit you to start your own fires or BBQs because we have to think about the safety and enjoyment of other guests. No naked flames will be permitted inside the structures. For those guests in our ‘Pitch Your Own’ field in Caravans and campervans with built in cooking facilities, these can be used as long as we deem them to be safe.
In each field there will be a dedicated car parking area so you will not have far to walk to your structure. For those booking a Mongolian Yurt a car parking pass is included in the price for one car only, additional car passes can be booked for an additional £25 per car. For those booking any of our other structures you will need to book a parking pass which costs £25 per car. You will have access to your car at any stage during the festival but once you have parked up it cannot be moved I’m afraid as we are restricted by Glastonbury Festivals traffic management. You will not be able to unload your belongings next to your tent but there will be staff available to help you settle in.
Minnie goes glamping at Glastonbury festival and talks to Sue Mathias and finds out what's on offer at the Love Fields.
