If booking a Mongolian Yurt or Airstream before the 1st April 2017 we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due by the 1 st April 2017. Bookings made after the 1st April 2017 will need to be paid for in full at the time of booking. If booking any of our other structures payment is required in full at the time of booking. To make a booking please complete our contact form and email it to us, we will confirm availability and hold the structure for you for 48hours pending payment. We like to run a personalised service tailored specifically to you so if you have any questions please ask. Following receipt of your deposit we will send confirmation of your purchase.
Yes. We are unable to supply tickets as you must go through the official channels. Please see www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk for details. It is your responsibility to obtain your ticket therefore we strongly recommend that you secure your tickets before booking with us.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit card payments, payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. We do have the facility to pay by US Dollars or Euros, if you would like to pay in either of these currencies please contact us directly on email@example.com
We will send you a letter of receipt for your booking and payment, this may take up to 48hrs to come through but if you have any further questions please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org .
As long as your friends are also booking through us and the type of structure is located in the same field of course, just let us know when you book or get in touch via email@example.com and we will try to accommodate all your requests.
You can cancel your order at any time in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org . If you cancel before the 1st January 2017 you will have a full refund minus a £150 administration fee, however if you cancel on or after this date you will receive a 75% refund of the monies paid for your booking minus the £150 admin fee only once the structure is re-hired.
We do not charge a damage deposit, however if there is any damage caused to one of our structures you will be charged for the full cost of repair or replacement. Please ask one of our staff to check your structure prior to your departure. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further information.
Subject to availability yes of course you can. We will try to accommodate all your requests but the earlier the better so that you are not disappointed. If you need to downgrade your booking a refund of the difference in price is only given once your original structure type is re-hired minus an admin fee of £150.
